 Registration: Student Employment Essentials (SEE) Training and Annual Conference 

SEE Training will be held on July 24th and 25th, prior to the NEASEA conference. Registration for SEE training is through NSEA's website. 
  • Track A on July 24, $190
  • Track B on July 25, $190
  • BOTH tracks, $375

Annual Conference Registration for the NEASEA Annual conference is currently open. The conference will run from Wednesday, July 26th - noon on Friday, July 28th. Please email Molly Jacob, [email protected], with any questions.

Conference Scholarship

NEASEA is currently accepting applications from members for the 2023 NEASEA Conference.  The purpose of the program is to defray the Annual Conference registration fee for NEASEA members when limited funds are available at the member’s educational institution, and the member is willing to actively participate in NEASEA activities over the coming year.  Final candidates understand that the intent of the grant is not only to enable their attendance at the NEASEA Annual Conference, but also to gain a commitment of active participation in the organization from the candidate for a minimum of one year beyond the Conference.

Deadline: June 1, 2023. Winners will be notified within 1-2 weeks of the deadline.

Call for Programs

You are invited to submit a proposal to share your knowledge with your colleagues in student employment at the Annual NEASEA Conference, to be held in Boston, Massachusetts from July 26th - 28th. Everyone has something to present so don’t ignore the opportunity to present your expertise and build upon your skills and abilities. Presentations will be given 50 minute blocks, with approximately 40 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes for questions. Others will benefit from your experience while you make a valuable contribution to the student employment profession’s field of knowledge.

Travel

The Colonnade Hotel is steps from the Prudential Center T-stop and 0.4 miles from Back Bay station, which is served by the MBTA and Commuter Rail, as well as Amtrak.

Those flying into Logan Airport can also utilize the Back Bay Logan Express.
