  • Student Employment Recognition (SER) Committee Chair – Distribution of materials to NEASEA members.

  • Campus – Suggested distribution of materials to employers and student employees.

  • Campus – Suggested deadline to identify campus readers.

  • Campus – Suggested deadline for campus nominations.
   
March 1
  • Deadline to have NEASEA dues paid for 2010 Student Employment Recognition program consideration.

  • Campus – Deadline for Campus Selections to be e-mailed to the SER Chair.

  • SER Chair – SER Chair sends undergraduate campus selections to NEASEA district level readers.
   
March 8
  • District Readers – Deadline for return of rankings by district level readers to SER Chair.
   
March 10
  • SER Chair – SER Chair determines undergraduate district selectees.
   
March 11
  • SER Chair – SER Chair sends graduate student and supervisor campus selectees, as well as undergraduate district level selectees, to regional level readers.
   
March 15
  • Regional Reader – Deadline for return of rankings by regional level readers to SER Chair.
   
March 17
  • SER Chair - Notification to NEASEA President of Charly Totoro Undergraduate Student Employee of the Year, NEASEA Graduate Student Employee of the Year, and NEASEA Supervisor of the Year.
  • SER Chair - Letters, certificates, gift certificates, and plaques prepared and forwarded to nominating schools for state and regional selectees.
  • SER Chair - Charly Totoro Undergraduate Student Employee  of the Year nomination sent to NSEA’s Recognition Chair
